Home › About Us

They say the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. We would like to help you make your side look just as good. At Fence Company Baton Rouge we install and repair fences for homeowners and businesses across the Baton Rouge area, and we focus on one thing: delivering a fence that does its job and looks good doing it.

Our Story

We are a small business that has dedicated itself to a single service and aims to be the best at it. When you think of any fence project, whether it is putting in a new fence, fixing an old one, or choosing a gate, we want to be the company that comes to mind. A fence is one of the first things people notice about a home or business, so we treat it as more than a boundary. It is part of your property's first impression.

Because we do one thing, we can give each project our full attention. We take time to understand what a fence needs to do for you, whether that is privacy, security, keeping a dog in the yard, or simply finishing off the look of your property. Then we help you choose the right material, the right style, and the right installation approach.

What We Believe

  • A fence is part of home ownership. Like a lawn or a driveway, a good fence is something that adds to how a property feels and functions.
  • Honest advice beats a hard sell. If another material suits your project better than the one you first had in mind, we will tell you.
  • Craftsmanship matters. Posts, gates, and hardware are what hold a fence together, so we pay attention to details you may never notice but would certainly feel if they were missed.
  • Communication counts. A real person answers our phone, and we like to keep you informed.

How We Help You Choose

Many customers come to us unsure which material is right. We do not push one product. Instead we ask practical questions: Who is the fence for? How much privacy do you want? How much upkeep are you willing to do? What is your budget? What does your neighborhood allow? From there we can recommend whether wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, or iron makes the most sense. Sometimes the answer is a mix, such as a wood privacy fence in the backyard and an aluminum fence in front.

We also like to be upfront about what a fence really involves. Posts need to be set properly, gates need solid support, and the finish you choose affects how much care the fence will need. Understanding those things before the project starts makes for a better result. Our fence cost guide is a good place to start if you want to know what influences the price.

What We Offer

We install and repair fences in a full range of materials. Browse our fence installation and repair services or jump straight to the wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, or wrought iron fence pages. If your fence has been damaged or is wearing out, see our fence repair page. If you need something we do not do, such as a brick fence, we will point you toward an experienced mason who does.

Rooted in Baton Rouge

Baton Rouge is where we work, and we know what local weather does to a fence. Heat, humidity, heavy rain, and storm season shape our recommendations, from how deep posts should be set to what kind of finish is best for a wood fence. Visit our areas we serve page to learn where we work, or read our guide to Baton Rouge for more about the city we call home.

See What Others Say

We believe customers should be able to learn about us from more than our own website. Our reviews page lists sites where you can find our business and read or post reviews.
